Attention to detail

 HANKØ 28 classic is a classic and modern daycruiser with excellent seagoing properties.
The boat has a semi-planing hull. This means no planning threshold. It runs equally well
at all speeds.The modern high-speed hull minimizes noise and vibrations, which will be
especially appreciated at high speed.

 

The highly efficient marine diesel engine will easily accelerate the boat to 30 knots without
compromising reliability for fuel consumption. The engine is placed midships for an optimal
weight distribution, and the long keel gives directional stability and protects the propeller
and rudder. 

The hull is an advanced sandwich construction with outer layers of Kevlar-Epoxy
and inner layers of Western Red Cedar and Kevlar-Epoxy. The deck, cockpit and
interior are hand built of the finest teak and mahogany.

The boat is equipped with a 3-piece cockpit tent. Combining high-quality materials with
unsurpassed construction methods results in minimal maintenance of HANKØ 28 Classic.
